To register please fill in following documents:

Please send completed Registration form and copy of the payment slip before May 17, 2010 by e-mail (ica@agr.hr) or fax (+385 1 239 3687).
After the payment an invoice will then be sent to you by e-mail as a PDF file and the original will be given to you during the conference.
The date of your registration payment will be considered as the date of your registration.
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee and will be paid by participants separately.

Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel your registration full refund reduced with the tax amount of the Registration Fee will be made if the Secretary Local Organizing Committee is notified and has acknowledged cancellation by 24 May 2010. After the 24 May 2010 the registration fee will not be refunded.
