1. Reflection on success and challenges in the implementation of the Bologna Process during the past ten years and looking forward to 2020 – lessons learnt

  • Case studies at the university, faculty or department level.

2. Attracting and educating the next generation of leaders and professionals in the applied life sciences; enhancing employability, supporting life long learning.

  • Enhancing the image and marketing of Life Sciences relating to agriculture, forestry, food, natural resources and the rural environment for the recruitment of students to the university’s degree programmes.
  • Enhancing the responsiveness of higher education degree programmes to the needs of the labour markets; liaison with stakeholders.

3.  Developing a creative and employable graduate through student centred learning

  • Defining and delivering learning outcomes that develop the desired competences in our graduates.

  • Are students and staff reaping the benefits from internationalisation and the liberalisation of structures resulting from the implementation of the Bologna process? 
  • The Bologna Process target is for 20 percent of graduating students to have had a study or training period (internships) abroad by 2020, ambition or reality?
